Harlen Wheatley

Along with serving on the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Foundation board, Harlen has been the resident Master Distiller at Buffalo Trace since 2005. He earned a degree in chemistry at Northern Kentucky University and went on to pursue a master’s in chemical engineering masters at the University of Kentucky. After 10 years at Buffalo Trace, he became the sixth Master Distiller since the Civil War.
